"Agedashidofu (揚げ出し豆腐)" is a dish where tofu is coated with starch or flour and deep-fried, then served with a soy-based seasoned broth poured over it. The fried outer layer is crispy, while the inside remains moist. It is often enjoyed with grated daikon radish on the side.
